  • Return/Exchange Policy ________________________________________ RETURNS Alpha Avionics will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact our shipping department for prior authorization to use our Fedex or UPS account number for the return. All return goods must be authorized in advance by Alpha Avionics. Please contact our sales department at ray@alphaavionics.com. A copy of the sales invoice should be placed inside the package to avoid delay in processing your return. If you do not have the original receipt, please let us know and one will be emailed or faxed to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including tax if applicable. A 15% restock fee will be charged for all stock item returns. All special orders or "as is" sales are final. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a check. Credit card refunds can only be issued to the same credit card used on the original order. Please allow 10 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed. ________________________________________ EXCHANGES Defective items will be exchanged at no cost for the same item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Alpha Avionics will either repair or replace defective items according to the manufacturer warranty. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to Alpha Avionics, including tax if applicable. Warranty exchanges cannot be shipped until Alpha Avionics has received the defective equipment. Alpha Avionics assumes the responsibility of Ground shipping charges for exchange equipment.   • INSTALLATION Certain items on this website may only be shipped if they are for use in experimental aircraft. For certified aircraft, we must install the equipment or ship them to another certified dealer for installation. A sales representative will contact you to confirm your information. Payments for installations will require 20% down at time of order placement. Equipment to be paid in full by check or wire transfer when work begins.
